Do you have a complaint?
All complaints must be sumbitted in writing with details of complaint to the Registrar, Holly Keyko.
Your letter must include your name, address and contact phone number so that the Registrar can get in touch with you. Remember that when you are submitting your complaint, try to keep it as detailed as possible and be sure to include the Responsdent name and place of work.
